Nite Nannies have specific experience caring for newborns. Nite Nannies go through a rigorous pre-employment screening and qualification process which includes:

• personal interview
• criminal background check
• references checked thoroughly
• newborn experience verification

Select candidates are employed by Nite Nannies specifically to assist people in their homes. These employees have requested to care for newborns, however the majority also have experience with older children, chronically ill children, and frail or ill adults.

Nite Nannies are required to complete a certification program on site which includes Infant CPR, newborn care, universal precautions, infection control procedures, emergency response planning fire safety, bodymechanics and community safety.

All employees are bonded and insured. All statutory benefits are paid by Nite Nannies, and qualified employee benefits which include:
