Home Care Overview
New England Nurses can assist families in times of crisis when you decide you need a caregiver to come to your home to assist you or your family member with their health care needs. We are pleased to customize a plan that works for you, whether for a few hours daily, or on a regular basis. We can provide assistance in your home or while you are recuperating in a nursing facility.
For Special Circumstances such as day surgery, transporting a post surgical patient long distances, assisting a disabled adult to special events or vacations, the employee is chosen both according to personality and skill level required.
Professional Supervision: The Nurse Case Manager personally supervises the implementation of each home care plan. This includes communicating with your physician if there are medical needs, as well as choosing the employees who are most appropriate for your situation.
Complete Scheduling: Schedules are arranged on a full or part time basis and can be on going or occasional to suit your specific requirements.
Full Service Coordination: We work closely with other agencies, Visiting Nurse Associations, hospices and other health organizations. We will gladly coordinate delivery of a complete program, or supplement other services which may already be in place.
